As a part of the event, we'll also host two inspiring conversations moderated by Steele Marcoux, editor in chief of Veranda and Kaitlin Petersen, editor in chief of Business of Home. Both talks will take place in the Design Social Lounge designed by HIVE COLLECTIVE and sponsored by LEE Industries in The Restaurant at The Norton.

From 9:30 to 10:30AM, join Steele Marcoux, editor in chief of VERANDA for Palm Beach Throws a Party, a conversation inspired by the Maxine Throws a Party episode from Palm Royale. Interior designers Cece Bowman and Caroline Gidiere will join lifestyle fashion, and fine art photographer Nick Mele to discuss their favorite party inspirations from the past as well as ideas on how to plan the perfect soiree in present day Palm Beach. Immediately following the talk, Caroline Gidiere will be signing copies of her new book, A Life in Good Taste at the Casa Branca Atelier space in the Norton's Sculpture Garden.

From 2:30 to 3:30PM, join Kaitlin Petersen , editor in chief of Business of Home for Ready, Set, Showhouse, a conversation with Marie Cloud, Betsy Berry and Mally Skok, three participating interior designers in this year's Kips Bay Palm Beach Showhouse. They’ll discuss their room influences and inspirations as well as all of the behind-the-scenes preparation it takes to be showhouse ready. This talk is sponsored by the New York Design Center.

Tickets are $45 and can be purchased on Eventbrite at the link below. A donation of $10 for every ticket sold will be made to the LA Can Do relief effort organized by a collective of design industry leaders to provide essential furnishings and home goods for displaced families so they may recover with comfort, warmth and dignity.
